I started my co-operation with Nike in 1997 and when I first tried the Cairns on I couldn't believe how stiff they felt. The skeleton structure made the shoes feel very matching to my feet. I was sure I had made a good choice deciding to ride for Nike.

Since then I have ridden the Cairns. It's been 4 years and I couldn't be more happy. They perfectly fit me and my style of riding.

It's interesting to notice that since the Cairns were such a big success Nike hasn't changed their design after they introduced the shoes in 1996. The model has only had some minor changes like change of color.
